Dishes at the stake: the top five recipes
1. Chicken thighs on the grill
Ingredients: 8-10 chick bedryshek, 100 ml of soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice, black pepper, 1 tbsp. l. dry basil and rosemary.
Thighs wash, dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with black pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add soy sauce, basil, rosemary and salt.
Stir evenly and give marinated 2-3 hours. On a heated grill put the thighs. turning frequently, cook until done. Readiness check by making an incision with a knife - should stand clear juice.
2. Minced lamb
Ingredients: 1 kg mutton, onions 4 tbsp. l. Fresh cilantro or parsley, 1 pod hot pepper, 3-4 cloves of garlic, salt - to taste
Ovine, peeled onions, garlic cloves, coriander and hot peppers crushed in a blender or grinder, salt. Stuffing repulse on the table, until it becomes sticky, and send in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Form a small sausage length of 15 cm and a weight of about 50 grams strung sausages on skewers and cook on the grill for 10 minutes, turning once skewers. Serve kebab in Armenian lavash with greens and vegetables.
3. Simple ear at the stake
Ingredients: 1 kg of fish, 3 liters of water, 5-6 pieces of potatoes, bulbs 2, 2 tbsp. l. millet, herbs, bay leaf, salt, pepper. The water was brought to a boil in a kettle. Throw in boiling peeled and diced potatoes and millet. The fish is cleaned and cut into large chunks.
When the potatoes are almost ready, put in ear fish, chopped onion, bay leaf, pepper and salt to taste. Cook for 7 minutes until cooked fish. At the end of cooking, add fresh herbs. Simple ear is ready!
4. Potatoes with bacon on the fire
1 potatoes, 200 g of lard, salt, spices.
Potatoes are a good wash brush. Cut in half and season with salt. Bacon slice by slice potato size, add salt, season and strung together with a potato on skewers. Bake on the grill until done.
5. Mulled wine on fire
Ingredients: 3 oranges, 1 lemon, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 cinnamon sticks, clove bud 12, 2 bottles of red wine.
Pour the wine into the pot, heat. Add the sugar, chopped fruit and spices, stir. Cook until sugar is dissolved, without bringing the mixture to boil. Then remove the pot from the heat and give the mulled wine brew for 10-15 minutes.
