The new helicopter was called Sikorsky-Boeing Future Vertical Lift Concept. Winged machine equipped with a system of two coaxial rotors rotating in opposite directions. The tail part of the helicopter carries a screw, enabling the helicopter horizontal thrust. Aerodynamic system makes it possible to reduce the amount of air ejected downwards main screws that balances the weight of the helicopter and improves controllability, maneuverability and ensures a high dynamic performance.

In addition, Sikorsky-Boeing Future Vertical Lift Concept uses an active control and vibration suppression system, which makes the aircraft less noisy. Also, a helicopter has the capability of active-flight refueling, and management need a crew of 4 people. Capacity helicopter can carry 12 soldiers in full uniform.

Press-service of the company Lockheed Martin has recently published on its YouTube channel a video demonstration, to disclose details of the future helicopter.
