The new document for the first time clarified certain point that virtual currency in an income statement is not required. Nevertheless, the new list of incomes expanded, adding to an item on the cash received from a non-returnable basis to relatives and third parties. Regional and municipal civil servants, employees of non-budgetary funds and employees of the Central Bank must submit a declaration before 30 April, the President, federal civil servants and employees of the Administration of the President of times smaller - the document obliges them to report the income to the April 1, 2018.
