Architects have designed six stops for the future of flying Uber
Recently Uber company first showed its prototype flying taxi. Fly on such vehicles, we will not be soon, but it is obvious that sooner or later it should become the norm, because the roads all places is not enough. Uber plans to raise its first passengers in the air somewhere in 2020. One can imagine that in 2028 we will actively use the flying taxi. A stop will look like in 2028?

It is obvious that we need not only taxi companies, but also a kind of stop for passengers, where they can sit on board a taxi and go with it. In UberAIR something similar called "Skyports". Celestial ports - is not nothing but a stop on a hill, from where will be able to take off the taxi, and where they can sit down.
On the second day Elevate 2018 Uber second annual conference, dedicated to the air transport, six designers and architects demonstrated their vision of the future shutdowns. All works were applied the same requirements: Each Skyport should serve more than 4 million passengers per hour, and take no more than three acres. The project by BOKA Powell can provide two thousand takeoffs and landings per hour.

Company Humphrey & Partners to create his project was inspired by bee hives. At the same time they tried to stop the future successfully fit into what we see on the streets today. They stop even provided car parking.

Modular Skyport from Gannet Fleming created in order to work with all types of public transport.

Project from Corgan consists of three parts: a highway in the lower part, the railway station and in the middle of the landing area at the top.

Another station, like a beehive, presented Beck Group.

The project is really high stop created Pickard Chilton and ARUP. This is the only project in which the flying taxis will sit down and take off at different levels.
