As a possible basis for the construction of lunar orbital station are the elements of the ISS Russian segment. The third phase covers the period after 2035. During this period, it is expected to complete the construction of a full-fledged visited lunar base. Thereafter, it is planned to begin the creation of a unified system of manned and automatic means for the further development of the Moon.
