Recipes tasty sauce for pasta

The sauce "Bolognese"

Ground beef is fried in a pan with olive oil.

After this mixture add chopped garlic, basil, oregano, pepper. Tomim about 10 minutes.

cheese-cream sauce with mushrooms and pork
500 grams of mushrooms (landmarks)
500 g pork
200 g hard cheese
200 ml of cream (20% fat)
1 cup white wine
4-5 cloves of garlic
Finely chop the garlic and onion, meat cut into large cubes, mushrooms - stripes. In all fry pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Then the roasted meat and mushrooms is added in a pan and fill all wine and a little water. We give a little put out, add the cream and grated cheese. Simmer until cooked meat. Bon Appetit!
50 ml of cream
200 g of melted cheese paste (e.g., mushroom flavor)
1/2 h. L. a mixture of peppers
1/2 h. L. dried basil
pinch of ground ginger and nutmeg
2-3 cloves of garlic
Cut into small cubes cheese.
Cream mix with chopped cheese and melt the water-bath. After 8-10 minutes the sauce stir until uniform. Add salt, spices and basil, chopped garlic. Stir again. If needed, add more cream.

The sauce "Pesto"
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 bunch basil
1 clove of garlic
40 g of pine nuts
50 g of grated cheese (cheese)
salt to taste
Basil, garlic and pine nuts put into a blender, add a little salt, olive oil and pour milled to a puree.
Add the cheese and stir again.
Ready sauce add to the paste.
The sauce with tomatoes and seafood
350 g Sea cocktail (to your taste)
8 pcs. fresh tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 small bunch of parsley
2 tbsp. l. white wine
chili pepper to taste
olive oil to taste
Seafood cook in boiling water for 2 minutes in the same broth and can be cooked pasta.
Parsley and garlic, crushed, add a little salt and olive oil. Mash them until juice appears.
Pulp tomato fry on high heat for 1 minute, then add the wine and chili pepper to taste. Simmer a slow fire for about 7 minutes.
In a sauce pan, a mixture of garlic and herbs and tomim 3 minutes. Arrange the pasta on plates, pour the tomato sauce and top with seafood.
The sauce of tuna
Ingredients (for 2 people):
3 pcs. fresh tomatoes
1 jar tuna (stretch)
1/2 small jar of sour cream
1 tbsp. l. honey (not candied)
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 tbsp. l. dry garlic or steam extruded fresh garlic cloves
salt, pepper, sweet pepper (optional)
Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, remove the peel and cut into large cubes. The oil heated in a frying pan, spread to the tomatoes, garlic, honey and mix all.
After three minutes in the pan add tuna trace - sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika. At low heat fry an additional 5 minutes.
The paste is put in a pan with the sauce, stir and turn off the fire.
creamy mushroom sauce
750 g Champignon
225 ml non-fat cream
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1-2 garlic cloves (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Thinly sliced mushrooms and fry for 15 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms will get a golden color.
Add the cream to the mushrooms and soy sauce. Fry, stirring constantly, until the sauce is slightly reduced in volume (about 3-5 minutes). After salt and optionally adding grated garlic.
Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve.
