The superstructure on the roof of the house in one of the most attractive districts of Vienna, Austria, Implemented studio FADD Architects, made it possible to create three apartments of different sizes - 190, 170 and 90 square meters - as well as two terraces with swimming pool.

In the design of this penthouse combine classic and modern design style luxury level, the architects sought to ensure that the interior bore on itself the certain Italian imprint, which used the brand Varenna Poliform kitchen and Gloster outdoor furniture; it has given a distinctive flavor to the entire project. White walls and shevronovy oak parquet floors, minimalist lines of furniture, wood and concrete in the design of the fireplace also help to create the right atmosphere. Terrace with teak flooring, outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool add a final touch to the overall picture, giving owners the opportunity to take all the best from the spring and summer.
