Veydeman Ryan (Ryan Weideman) - American street photographer who moved to New York in the 80s. He became famous for the project "My Taxi" (My Taxi), which eventually stretched for two decades.

Almost every day, getting into the car, Ryan goes in search of the bright and charismatic passengers. Sometimes its object falls and real celebrities: poet Allen Ginsberg, impressed by the work of the photographer, dedicated a poem, which called "taxi-dermistom", and at other times in the window of the neighboring taxi smiling actor Ben Gazzara. Some works Veydemana stored at the Brooklyn Museum, and the collection of photos survived several editions.
